Shipping

Every Será pajama is made responsibly - without excess inventory or overproduction.

Production begins only after orders have been collected, meaning each piece is made especially for you. The production process typically takes up to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method. You will receive a separate email notification when your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to feel completely comfortable in your new Será pajamas. If for any reason your item isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your pyjamas must be:

• unused, unworn, and unwashed;
• clean and free from stains or odours;
• returned with all original tags attached and undamaged;
• carefully packed in the same condition in which they were received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
